Your account will be set up at one of our designated brokerages. All trades for your account will be executed on the trading platform of your designated brokerage.

hy_any_r1_c2 Do trading fees get distributed on a percentage basis also?

Yes, all gains, losses, and trading fees are distributed on a percentage basis so that all accounts, regardless of size, obtain the same percentage returns.

hy_any_r1_c2 Will I be able to access my account on the Internet?

Yes, you will be provided with online access to monitor your account, however that access will be "read only" meaning that you can view the account, including balances and activity, whenever you wish 24 hours a day, but you will not be able to place any trades since your account is managed completely by computer program.

hy_any_r1_c2 Does Forex Exclusive Club have access to my money?

No, Forex Exclusive Club does not have access to your money and cannot transfer, deposit, or withdraw your funds. Your account is set up directly with the brokerage who clears all transactions and handles all transfers, deposits, and withdrawals.

hy_any_r1_c2 Does Forex Exclusive Club invest its own money using the Forex Exclusive Club Managed Accounts?

Yes, the principals of Forex Exclusive Club trade personal accounts using the Forex Exclusive Club Managed Accounts.

hy_any_r1_c2 Can I trade my IRA account using the Forex Exclusive Club Managed Accounts?

No, at the momment we cannot offer IRA account trading.

hy_any_r1_c2 What is the maximum I could invest?

There is no specific maximum investment amount as the Forex market and the Forex Exclusive Clube Managed Accounts can support an investment of almost any size. All systems we offer are designed to manage extremely large amounts of capital. (See About Forex)

hy_any_r1_c2 What is the minimum I can invest using the Forex Exclusive Club Managed Accounts service?

Minimum investment for the Forex Exclusive Club Managed Accounts is $2.500,00 USD.

hy_any_r1_c2 Do you allow compounding?

In order to protect your assets (specially initial deposit), we advise you to make a withdraw of net gains every month.

hy_any_r1_c2 What kind of volatility do the Forex Exclusive Club Managed Accounts exhibit?

Simply, there is a volatility in active short term investment, including the use of fully automated trading programs such as the Forex Exclusive Club Managed Accounts. Drawdowns in your total account value at some point in time (possibly even starting the day you open your account) is not only part of the historical results but an absolutely normal part of short term active trading in the Forex. You must be willing to accept that volatility in order to achieve the extremely positive long term results that the Forex Exclusive Club Managed Accounts potentially offer. hy_any_r1_c2 Can I withdraw my money and close my account any time I want?

There is no time commitment on your part. You may withdraw (or add) funds to your account at any time. All fund transfers, deposits, or withdrawals are handled by the brokerage directly, not Forex Exclusive Club. However, before doing any actions we advise you to contact us*.

*Closing or taking a substantial amount out of your account without notifying the account manager will affect your earning performance, or potentially disrupt a trade in progress.

hy_any_r1_c2 Is it possible for me to lose more money than I invest?

No, it is impossible to lose more than you invest. However, although Forex Exclusive Club will do its best to preserve your capital, on certain market circumstances it is possible to lose initial investment. Therefore, we advice clients to pull out their profits in order to protect initial deposit.

hy_any_r1_c2 Do I have to "DO" anything after I set up my account to trade?

No, you can sleep, work, play golf, go on vacation, or whatever you choose. Your account will be professionally managed 24 hours a day until you instruct us otherwise.

hy_any_r1_c2 What is the management fee for using the Forex Exclusive Club Managed Accounts?

Management fee is 30% on monthly net performance. Simply: if you don't earn money - we don't earn money!

Note: "Net new high equity" with regard to the Performance Fee for each system means that if losses occur, those losses must be made up before any additional performance fee is charged.

hy_any_r1_c2 How do you calculate monthly net profit?

Monthly net profit is calculated as the difference between the closing balance last month and the closing balance this month. Positions not closed at the last day of the month (floating positions) will be taken into the profit / loss calculation over the month in which the positions are closed.

If the difference is negative (ie the account did not make a profit this month), there will be no fee to pay. Should a trading loss exist from preceding months, it must be recovered in full before any additional profit share amount is debited from the account holder’s account(s) paid to Forex Exclusive Club. Forex Exclusive Club does not charge commission or annual fees.

hy_any_r1_c2 How do you calculate your monthly performance fee?

All Managed Accounts operate according to the following fee schedule: Monthly Performance Fee = 30% of net new profits. The 30% performance fees are taken on a high-watermark basis. A high watermark is the previous high in the account-participant's account (adjusted for deposit, withdrawals, and fees). It ensures that the fees are only deducted based on new performance, rather than just recovery from poor performance. In other words, if an account loses money over a period, the account must first recoup previous losses and then any profit above the high watermark is subject to a 30% performance fee.

For example: Your account opens with an initial investment of $50,000. At the end of the first month, the account makes $5,000, bringing its equity up to $55,000 on which there is a 30% performance fee of $1,500 deducted; correspondingly, the watermark is raised to $53,500 ($5,000 profit less a $1,500 fee). Then, at the end of second month, it loses $2,000, lowering its equity to $51,500, on which a performance fee is not charged. At the end of third month, the account makes $1,000, bringing its equity up to $52,750, on which no performance fees are charged because the watermark was not reached. Lastly, at the end of the fourth month, it makes $7,000, bringing the equity up to $59,500, which is a new-equity high by $6,000 over the watermark of $53,500 in the first month, on which there is a 30% performance fee of $1,800 deducted. The watermark is now raised to $58,700.

Every 1st of the month we will send you detailed statement with indicated fee for our services along with our account details. We expect you to transfer stated amount to our account within 7 (seven) days.

hy_any_r1_c2 What will happen with my trading account if I don't pay you within 7 days?

All trading activities will be stopped and we cannot guarantee for any open transactions.

Forex Exclusive Club has clients all over the world, and you can open your trading account in USD or EUR. Trading deposit in different currencies must be at least equal to minimum amount of 2.500 USD.
